Doesnt clean clothes at all of cloths come out with dirt and spits and the do t smell clean. It was agitating for ever with little to know water. The clothes come out dirty and dont smell clean. It is washing the clothes pretty much dry.

I have been trying to get a part replaced on this washer. The fabric softener dispenser is defective and will not come out and will not dispense the fabric softener. How can I get another one? This is only 4 months old. Otherwise I am happy with this machine.

I am so happy with my new LG washer. I Was very worried when I bought it because I didnt want an HE washer and ordered it by mistake. That mistake turned out to be great. This washer is the best I have ever owned. It cleans very well with very little water and detergent.It spins so well that it takes very little drying time.

Water level disappoints

I like the washer but i dont love it. I dont like the sensor it doesnt give enough water to really give a good clean for some loads. I more likely to wash a small load than to overfill. Ive noticed I have to stop it sometimes and select the deep fill option which turns out to be too much. And I cant reach the bottom without a step stool but thats a me problem not LGs problem. :

Easy to use does a good job washing clothes.

I bought this LG washer about a month ago and I have washed four loads so far. I have used the deep wash cycle and the normal cycle with about 25 items each the normal cycle uses less water and the clothes come out just as clean. The normal cycle runs 45 minutes start to finish. The spin cycle removes more water than my old washer so my dryer runs about 15 minutes less. So far everything looks good its easy to use and does a good job washing clothes. Hopefully it will last.

This machine is different than most washers in that there are no belts. Im sure you can read that in the specs. But it runs different than others. So in that just pay attention. I experienced a cleaner and dryer load of wash. It is quiet. It can wash large bedding with no problem.

Purchased near the end of August and put 6-7 loads of clothes thru it the next day. At first disappointed at the low water level but then used deep fill and got more water in the tub. Old washer 20 years old allowed me to set size of load for water fill. Ill just need to get used to the water input and like it as all new washers are water sensitive.

Confusing instructions

The washer is extremely quiet when it runs. Unlike our old washer it has a self balancing feature. That means if it cant balance itself it wont run. The Washer also has a self Diagnostic feature. You can use with your cell phone without Wi-Fi. Thats really useful to keep track of the condition of your washer.

The washer runs extremely quiet without a lot of shaking. It has a self balancing feature. Thats really great because it wont run if things are not balanced.on our previous washer it would run no matter what.. that wasnt great because it would Bounce around everything because it wasnt balanced. There is also a self diagnostic feature thats really great for keeping track of the washers condition. It has a glass top that you can see through so No whats going on inside your washer as its running. The only bad thing is the washer stands high and my wife is short. She has some difficulty reaching the bottom Alto washer tub.

Initial Test does not work

No idea how it works as a washer but the initial test is a COMPLETE FAIL. I followed instructions to the letter. It ran through the entire wash cycle instead of a 3 minute test of all its functions. I called Customer service. They walked me through it -- same exact steps I had just done. Same result = it ran through an entire wash cycle. Very annoying wasted lots of time. Is my washer OK? Is the initial test protocol simply faulty? Are the instructions in the manual wrong? Dunno hopefully someone responds and addresses this.
