Using this unit to cool and heat a 20x10 work room. It is more than adequate for this space. I am located in Texas and the work room is inside a metal shop building 40x40 and is poorly insulated.

Powerful and energy efficient

Bought this to replace the older one I had because of its features and size. Im very happy with the cooling abilities in my Florida room with lots of glass windows which presents a challenge. This unit has the power and BTU size that really was needed for this situation. Im loving how it actually cuts off for a little while and comes back on when the temperature gets to high. Its a 400 square foot room and I set the thermostat for 71 and it maintains it very well. The only drawback is that its a little loud but its not a deal breaker. I havent put it in the heat cycle yet because its not needed. I did briefly turn it on the heat and it seems very capable.

This unit was 5 months old and it quit working Called for repair and service man picked it up and it took over 2 weeks to get back. Poor service Service man was horrible Got it back and the broken parts was left in unit and a screw missing. It had a rattling sound when we turned it on
